Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
1.1 Binding Agreement
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mk6 platform — including website, mobile app, or related services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the mk6 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. mk6 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users.
1.2 Age Restrictions
The mk6 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement. mk6 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and close accounts belonging to underage individuals.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
2.1 Account Registration
Each user is permitted to have only one active mk6 account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mk6 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to failure to secure your login details.
2.2 User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for ensuring all activities conducted through their accounts comply with applicable local laws.
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Users must not use automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantage.
- Any attempt to access unauthorized sections or disrupt platform operations will result in immediate account closure.
Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
3.1 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on mk6 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits made via local e-wallets like Boost and GrabPay, as well as online banking, will be credited to your account according to the specified processing times.
Mk6 reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction suspected of fraud or non-compliance with internal policies. Withdrawal requests must come from bank accounts in the same name as the registered mk6 account for identity verification purposes.
3.2 Transaction Limits and Conditions
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated on the platform’s payment methods page at the time of the transaction.
- Mk6 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. Such fees are the user’s responsibility.
- Any remaining bonus or promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements disclosed at the time such promotions are awarded.
- Mk6 reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals to ensure account security and regulatory compliance.
Liability Limits, Account Policies, and Intellectual Property
4.1 mk6 Liability Limits
The mk6 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. mk6 does not guarantee the platform will be free of technical disruptions, errors or service delays at all times. mk6 is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, except as expressly required by applicable Malaysian law.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure
Mk6 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time without notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion that the user has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, registered multiple accounts, or taken any actions that may compromise the security of the platform or other users. Any valid balance remaining in a closed account will be processed according to mk6’s current policies, subject to any necessary investigations.
4.3 Intellectual Property
All content on the mk6 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interface, software code, and related materials — is owned by mk6 or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any content without explicit written consent from mk6.

The mk6 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers, game suppliers, or other platforms. mk6 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Mk6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via platform notices or registered email. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through appropriate mechanisms under applicable Malaysian law.
